You need to try this Manchester Carvery – looking for a Carvery in Ashton Under Lyne? Well you must try Ash Tree Farm in Ashton if you need a carvery that’s not going to break the bank, but stuffs you full to the brim with variety! The Ash Tree Farm is located just on the outskirts of Ashton town centre and is accessible via tram, car, or walking routes. I went to the Ash Tree and here’s what I discovered.
I’ve had to give Ash Tree Farm several chances over the years, as it’s been hit and miss for several different reasons, but the carvery has not been one of them!
One thing they will not tell you on their website is their button for the carvery apparently turns off at 8pm on the till.
Therefore, even though they were open later, we were unable to get the carvery, even when the carvery food would still have been available (as it was still on the counters) we were unable to have our Sunday roast that day.
They should make disclaimer of the time it will be available until so you don’t waste a journey. However, back to when I did finally get the carvery!
I’d been craving a carvery for a while, and asked the guy I was seeing if he fancied venturing out to Ashton on an adventure for a carvery, so off we set to Ashton on the tram from Piccadilly!
When in need for a weekday Roast in Manchester this one was worth a little travel out for when you need that basic carvery with a filling experience.
